(I kept pushing aside getting started on more gifs, sorry about that ;-.-)

He turned into a chibi...
Still not happy about how he turned out in general.
(I'm sorry I wasn't able to make him particularly sexy mum, and I had such plans too!)


I think I have to reconsider my choice of keeping to a 100x100 pixel format. It worked really well with Sobre's headshape, but the more adult-like faceshapes of Noah, Titus etc keep ending up funky looking (and there's no room for all of their hair XP).
It really kicked my muse in the butt.

I'll give Noah another go soon though...

Does the animation seem kind of slow to you guys? The upload seems slower than my psd file when I compare them, weird.

And now that you asked - the wink does seem a little slow. The progression from one frame to another isn't as fluid as it probably could be...?

I removed some of the frames and changed the timing a bit, so it looks more fluid now
